This is a specific product for Chronograph applications. It is a single shaft stepper motor suitable for Clock applications where the continuous smooth movement is requested, like for example for time seconds display. It has also a “zero detection” functionality. The position detection principle is exactly the same as the X10, based on Infra-Red sensor, and the internal construction is based on the X10 Clock Stepper Motor.
